Used 1987 Dodge Diplomat Police CHP? for sale in Redding, CA

Located near Redding CA, I have a decent police package car that I bought over ten years ago. It is a former CA department of corrections vehicle with 114K miles. I do not know if it was purchased on the CHP bid, however it seems to have all the same factory bid specifications. Own a piece of history and have a nice car you can work on yourself!
I was hoping to rent this car out for movie remakes etc and have information for the purchaser if they decide to follow thru.
I have put together a few in the past for this purpose and have some accessories if you need them.

This car runs and drives and is on a non-op title only in my name. No back fees are due. Being sold as-is where is. It does seem to run smooth and shift immediately. It needs tires, heater control valve line connector replaced, and has a rust spot on the rear quarter. The reason for the rust in the r/r quarter, someone left the tire chains in that lower panel and the water did not leak out. (no other bad spots on body).
I have it running off a gas can for now. (BTW, when parked, I used an electric fuel pump to remove all the old fuel) Now a has new fuel pump, Needs dash pad. (I may have a replacement)

If a CA resident purchases the car, you will need to go to DMV and register it in your name. No open titles. Bring a car trailer or have it hauled. Unsafe to drive with current tires. Original 14" police wheels. Comes with an original jack and spare. I will not trade the wheels for the 15"size.
