was driving just a few months ago. we swapped the fuel pump relay, and it worked again for several months- then failed to start all the way (it will "catch" when cranking, but won't run on it's own). so we thought the contacts in the relay socket were bad, cleaned and tightened them- and still it won't really start or run (although it tries.)
fix it or use it for parts for your other car.

has $500 worth of nearly brand new tires, a great battery, new fuel filter, etc.
what it needs: EFI troubleshooting so it'll actually start, repair to cooling fan thermostat/wiring (toggle switch was added some years ago, and it's silly), cleanup of carpeting, cleanup of mouse smell in the trunk (the lid was left open in the garage too long), it has worn spots in driver's seat, wear to driver's door seal, & wear all over that you might expect from a 34-year-old car with 280000 miles on it!
