Vehicle Description
The last of the executive class vehicles! This is the best ride you can get for the price. This car has been in my family for many years. The engine runs like a champ (these diesels never die) and the interior is in excellent condition. The exterior has some body damage from an incident with black ice... The underside has NO RUST!
The good:
No rust except for what you can see pictured due to black ice incident
Reliable starter - has never left us on the side of the road
Good MPG - 20-25
TURBO
Extremely comfortable ride
Just passed inspection
Ride in style!
The bad:
Temperature gauge on dash does not work
Vacuum leak in door locks. I have not even had a chance to look at it. Probably a $2 hose under the hood.
Light body damage from black ice
One of the circuits drains the battery when the car is off for a week or more. We have installed a battery quick disconnect for when we go on vacation.
Why are we getting rid of it?
My fiance wants a Jeep Wrangler. I don't quite understand why she would give this car up for a Jeep, but it isn't my choice.
Give me a call to come out and take a look. We are just off I-81.
Asking $4,000 OBO or trade for a Jeep Wrangler (needs to be inspected and ready to drive).
