I have a 1989 bronco. READY TO DRIVE HOME!!! She passed smog with flying colors!!! Smog cert and title in hand under my name. I spent the last couple weeks showing it to buyers and slowly but surly got to work on it. The suspension is solid! Well, as solid as a bronco feels, if you aren't used to it it is a big car with a lot of suspension travel. It really is a fun car to drive.
Story of car!
The original owner was my best friends dad. It was purchased new for $38,000. I have the original paperwork from the dealer! This car was babied by a 50 year old filipino who had a sound system in it at one point. It spend the majority of it's time picking us up from long beach poly and bringing us to his house near hughes middle school. 96,000 original miles. It was last on the road over 10 years ago, and sat on frame with bricks and was covered.
THE GOOD!
Brand new interstate battery.
FLAWLESS INTERIOR!! Dash not cracked had a dash cover since new.
TOP never taken off, seals are perfect.
99% cancer free. One spot at the top that is shown in one picture
Was repainted factory color, but the top used to be black I think.
ALL ORIGINAL!! minus the aftermarket rims. but all panels and engine etc all there
0 Accidents 0 dents. This this is a tank
SEALS KEEP WATER OUT. All seals are working and functional. Rear window seal could use replacing but still keep water out.
LOCKS WORK!!
ALL LIGHTS WORK!!

THE NOT SO GOOD
Driver side window works but needs some help to stay on the rails
Rear window is slow and the sensor that is depressed to ensure the gate is closed needs a bit of help. Press on the gate a bit and turn the key and it goes down
driver door has a vinyl handle that is off, i have the replacement from a f250
Tires hold air, have never needed to refill air, but they are old so I would recommend eventually replacing them
Things I did to get her road worthy
New radiator
New radiator cap
New thermostat
Fixed ignition
I am in no rush to sell and I don't mind keeping it. It's on non op. Motor is prestine, Great wheels. Good meet on tires. Interior is amazing. I did some work to the engine and wasn't able to do what I really wanted so far.
