Vehicle Description
1990 Chevrolet G20 custom conversion van by Tiara Motor Coach.
Fun road trip camper van. Weekends or across the country. Back bench folds down into a bed, coffee table, coolers, removable middle-row captains chairs, television. Gets around and parks much more easily than a RV especially when in cities. Very smooth highway driving.
OR daily commuter to get the entire family around town - comfortably and reliably.
Beautiful and comfortable interior: Two front captains chairs. Two (removable) middle row captains chairs that rotate. Coffee table with built-in chess board. Two cooler freezers. Dual stereo system with individual headphone outlets for rear seats. Interior limo lighting. Rear bench that converts into a bed via electric motor. Television (which is not currently connected) with antenna + space for a VCR. Radar detector. Window blinds and curtains for privacy.
Very low mileage (144,500 miles) considering its age.
Great mechanical condition: The engine and chassis will last forever, are easy to work on, and use very affordable parts. The engine is Chevy’s common reliable 350 cu in (5.7L) V8. Four new tires. No body damage. Automatic transmission.
The van has a strong foundation and will run well and provide comfort for many years to come.
Air conditioner needs repair. EGR valve (which reduces exhaust pollution) occasionally triggers “check engine” but doesn't effect vehicle functionality. Dashboard tripometer and oil pressure gauges do not work. Front passenger window needs new regulator. Side and rear door locks can be finnicky but always works. White paint is peeling in some places.
We’ve been driving this around the U.S. and Canada for a couple weeks per year for the past 4 years. We’re wrapping up the adventure in Salt Lake City and need to sell the van. Hence the bargain price. I will be available to show and sell the van from Nov 2 through Nov 9 only. Cash or equivalent (cashier’s check, money order, etc) only.
