Vehicle Description
I've had a lot of fun with this Honda Beat, but I'm ready to let it go for someone else to enjoy. It has 40K miles and is in pretty good condition for being a 28 year old Japanese city car. The Beat is not a fast car, but it is tons of fun to drive and gets conversations started wherever it goes. Not only is it right-hand-drive, it is also impossibly tiny, so it definitely gets attention.
The Beat is a convertible roadster that is both mid-engine and rear wheel drive, and was the last Honda design that was signed off on by Soichiro Honda before he died in 1991. The design of the car was originated from Pininfarina, who sold the design to Honda. This particular Beat has the very rare factory optioned Honda Momo steering wheel and shifter and also includes hard to find OEM Beat mats that are in good condition. I imported the Beat in January 2018 and it's been very reliable. Other than replacing one brake caliper and doing an oil/filter change about 200 miles ago, it has needed nothing.
Please email or text with any questions, thanks!
