Vehicle Description
I have for sale my 1991 Honda Civic EX. It is my project racecar. It is being sold as a project racecar and isn't registerable in its current state. I have a 2 year old and a month old baby and I just don't have the time. Once in a while, I'll get something done on it but at this point it's just sitting there. It's in my 3rd garage spot so it's going to sit there, out of the way until I finish it or somebody picks it up.
It runs! But I'm finishing up the intercooler piping, so it can be taken in for a tune.
The shell is BAR'd for a B18C1 or JDM B18C. I BAR'd before you weren't able to pass JDM engines anymore, so that's a plus that you could run a JDM block. It's on non-op with all fees paid.
The transmission I sent out to Ghostwerks to rebuild and out in a Quaife Metal plate 1.5 way diff.It cost me $2900
The engine was sent out to CSS to get it honed to 81.5mm and to get the bottom end rebuilt. The bottom end has piston and rods. It cost me including parts and labor $2500
Rywire milspec harness
Rywire race fuse box
Rywire switchpanel paid $1600
It has a Auto works street turbo kit with a Garrett GTX Gen2 2860R. It cost me $3800
It has a prebent cage that still needs to be welded into the car that I bought from Jegs. It cost me $500
It's running a P28 with Hondata S300 v3 sending CAN data to a AEM digital dash. It cost me $1300
ASR rear subframe with 32mm sway bar
Wilwood front brakes, 2 piece rotors, regular integra disc brakes in rear. paid $800
Chase bay brake booster delete and proportioning valve
Chase bay tucked radiator
Recaro for the skinny days and Corbeau for the fat days. Seat brakes were a pain to find because everyone in forums says that hatch brackets don't fit, but they are wrong. All the companies that say they have sedan brackets are lying and they don't fit. Hatch brackets do fit, all you need is to make one bolt hole bigger. So only the driver has a bracket because I bought a hatch bracket just to test it and it turns out to work great.
Seibon fenders
Custom carbon fiber hood
Mishimoto oil cooler
There's a tiny piece of rust by the tail light
Radium Engineering fuel rail, pressure regulator, fuel surge damper and gauge.
Mostly brand new oem suspension bolts and new spherical bearings.
Sitting on brand new BC coilovers.
There's much more that I'm forgetting and I will update this post as I recall things.
I'll be working on my EF as much as I can, but again, it's up for sale because I don't have much time to work on it. Thanks for reading the long post!
