Vehicle Description
Finally selling my baby.. It's in great shape for its year. It's a 1991 mitsubishi 3000gt vr4.. Black, 5 spd. Twin turbo v6 all wheel drive (way better in snow than you'd believe, but has not been driven in the winter very much), all wheel steer (rear tires start turning after 35 mph to help with cornering), active areo (changes areo dynamics of the car while driving down the road, spoiler is supposed to flip up too for it but doesn't.. Pretty common), stereo build in the trunk with mesh spelling out Vr4, 2 10" JBL subs and an extra battery hidden within the build along with neons that aren't currently working. I'm convinced it's just a short but haven't tried anything yet.. Comes with paperwork showing well OVER $14,000 worth of engine work and maintenance all done in a shop, at 100k miles, including but not limited to full transmission replaced, shortblock replaced, transfer case replaced, clutch, oil pump, water pump and a ton more! Has 180k miles on odometer, but with all that work done to it there's only 80k miles on a lot of things. Runs and drives just little cosmetics to her, but looks amazing and sounds even better! Also has active exhaust (can change the exhaust sound of the vehicle from a switch on the dash) not hooked up because it has full stainless steel exhaust from the downpipe back, but it still functions.. Very fast car!! Definitely an eye catcher like you wouldn't believe! She's been treated well through her life, but I just don't drive her much anymore since my back and neck injury. She's got a tight suspension that just isn't comfortable to me anymore unfortunately. Can't believe I'm actually looking to get rid of her but today is the day I guess... Clutch is stock, but I have a stage 3 clutch that I'll include along with a bunch of other extra parts. (including a couple doors) VERY collectable cars, you just don't see them anymore unfortunately... I've priced to sell and have posted a few different places! Has a dent in the driver's door and a few other cosmetic issues, but with a little tlc these things can be absolutely insane and worth a lot of money! That was my main plan, but after my accident I just can't do what I used to be able to do unfortunately. There are massive Facebook pages for these cars with 10,000+ people that are a lot of fun, along with being a head turner with its looks, just wait til you hear what she sounds like! I've replaced the battery recently with a red top Optimum (will be included depending on the price I get), a new window regulator, upgraded brakes and rotors to ceramic, drilled, and slotted, along with plenty other things! These things come stock with 4 piston brakes so you'll have no trouble stopping! These cars were WAY ahead of their time when released in 1991 and this particular vr4 was one of the first to be built! It has the Premier edition badge on the back to prove it!! This car is a blast and I'm hoping to find a good home for it! Needs new front tires due to me taking my time in giving it an alignment lol due to tires it does have a bit of a shake in the steering wheel once it hits speeds above 65-70 but still very much driveable! I took the initiative to post the NADA quote of value on this car just to save you the trouble. I've posted it at much lower than average retail just to sell as mentioned before!! If you have any other questions, or if you'd like any other pictures, please let me know!! Also open to trades! If you're looking for a sweet ride that will catch eyes, smoke your friends car, and make people jealous, look no farther! 😉
