Used 1992 f150 xlt rough, sitting 3 years for sale in Nashville, TN

rough 1992 ford f150 xlt. 302 automatic. 2 door extended cab. serprntine belt lost tension 3 or 4 years back. Sitting there ever since. 100% complete. I bought in the mid 90s. had a fenderbender right front fender , damage up around headlight.
fender pushed back enought that the passenger door does not open. Parked it when serpentine belt lost tension and i limped home. It will need the belt, maybe the tensioner, a battery and a lot more tlc. Everything was working when i parked it, power windows, power door locks, ac, heat radio all worked. It is a southern truck, rust free except for one rust spot on drivers side rocker panel. I think someone into fixing cars could bring a battery and maybe a belt and drive it away in an hour or two. One way or another it is going this week. Title is in my name. I have it and a release of lean letter somewhere. Make me an offer and be ready to get it out of my back yard.
