Vehicle Description
Very reliable A to B car.
I bought the car because at the time I only had a motorcycle so it was a good trade at the time for me. I'm selling because I'd like something that looks and sounds nicer. With a little more power.
Pros- Car has been been mechanically taken care of where it matters.
No oil or coolant leaks.
Drive's perfectly straight with a good alignment.
Comes with hardtop and advanti storm wheels!
Averages 28-29mpg.
Everything down to the timing belt was replaced 6 months ago. CAS O ring was also replaced.
Very expensive racing beat header.
Powerstearing works.
The clutch was custom built by Kentucky clutch. It has a 1.8 flywheel and pressure plate good for about 250 wheel torque. It's only on there because my turbo car slipped it and I didn't want it to go to waist. This clutch should last about 1 million miles on the factory power haha!
Cons- There's a small chip on the windshield.
The muffler is aftermarket and sounds raspy over 3k. You might like it, I do not.
It's missing front drivers side quarter panel and there is rust on all four corners where these cars like to rust.
The soft top needs to be replaced. But the hardtop is water tight :)
There is no radio but it does have speakers. I do not know what they sound like.
The biggest problem for me is the fact that the passenger window does not work. The cables are broken. It is held up good and tight internally though.
The slave cylinder has a small leak and needs to have fluid added about every two months.
The A/C has been removed.
The car looks and sounds ugly but I would drive it for thousands of miles. Would make a perfect beginner car for someone young. The insurance is very very cheap for these cars. Only 33 a month for me.
Thank you for your time. I can provide a little more history about the car and how it's been driven if you're interested.
