All power windows work (driver front window is slower than the rest)

There's a severe engine knock - I had a mechanic check it out & he said the engine needs replaced or rebuilt. He also noted dry top end and loose timing chain.

It has a new power steering pump with a leak around one of the old lines (probably the low-pressure return side)

Transmission seems OK.

Sound from speakers isn't good (stock Bose system)

Runs and drives but not well.

Paint is in 80% condition. Passenger side fender dent. No leaks.

Power sunroof works well.

No accidents, not smoked in, never cut up for audio, not raced/auto-crossed, interior is stock leather.

PDLs work intermitently.

Driver sider power seat does not work

AC works but control panel is stuck so the adjuster lever won't go all the way to cold - works well enough for southern oregon.

This is THE classic square-body Maxima SE. Would be perfect for conversion to 5MT with a fresh engine. Body is straight with no rust & only cosmetic blemishes &, of course, the one dent of the passenger front fender.
