We have an Oldsmobile Station Wagon for sale. Car has had some issues and we cannot figure it out. It runs beautifully when it runs, but then suddenly reves up with a high idle, and then dies. After a while it runs again. It’s very scattered when it does this. It may run great one day, and then have this problem again the next. When it’s running, it runs great. We have had many things replaced trying to fix this problem.
We have a more reliable car for my elderly father, so we are selling the Station Wagon
A good mechanic may figure this out, we give up.
