220k on the body could have less on the engine not sure but it doesn’t miss a beat.

Truck was restored at some point (no rust at all has some minor nickle surface rust where paints chipped)

Truck is loud!
Front drive shaft was removed by previous owner so currently is a rwd (comes with it) doesn’t not affect driving or anything.
It’s hard to find theses trucks let alone in good shape. So please don’t waste my time
