Used 1994 Ford Crown Victoria LX for sale in Acton, MA

Southern California car until 2012.
No body rust or rot - garaged until 10 months ago.
Sweet highway cruising car.
Cloth interior.
Lots of tread on snow tires - ready for winter.
Engine starts right up and runs well.
AC needs recharge every 2-3 years.
Trailer hitch receiver (1 1/4) uhaul installed.

Drive home today - inspection sticker expires end of Sept.

Car needs some fixes - selling AS-IS because:
- power steering needs replacement - leaking.
- rear brake pads and rotors need replacement.
- fuel fill area needs seal to keep out fumes during fill (a).
- sitting for last 10 months (occasional starts).
- faded paint from the CA sun.
- front right tire leaks flat in a week or so (nail,bead?).
- unknown mileage - it's been the same (57k) since I bought it in 2012 (b).
- cruise control not working.

(a) there must be something missing there. I put the fan on high at a station and it pressurizes the interior to keep out the fumes, but this really should be fixed with some kind of proper seal.
(b) bought the car a month before move from SoCal, very low annual miles since then.
