Used 1994 GMC Jimmy 4x4 for sale in Portland, OR

I love this truck but I'm moving soon and need the thin the herd. Milage is somewhere around 235k but I was told by the previous owner that it was towed behind an rv for 100k. It runs and drives but does have some issues. For someone who is mechanically inclined, with a weekend and a few hundred bucks this truck could be in real solid shape. Without that, it's a good runner with some annoying issues.

The good:
33x10.5 bfg all terrain tires with about 2k miles on them.
Rough country 2" lift with add a leafs and new shocks all around with the same 2k miles on the suspension.
New steel wheels at the time of suspension install.
4.3 v6 and auto trans that both work great, truck runs strong.
Interior is in decent shape.

The bad:
Check engine light is on. Code says egr valve and I may get to that this weekend.
Front axle actuator is bad. Trans shifts into 4x4 but the axle doesn't engage.
Ac needs to be charged
Tags are expired
Tires rub, but on relatively smooth surfaces so there are no cuts or harsh gouges.
Needs little things here and there.
Needs window motors
Has a ripped CV boot

I'm open to offers but not low balls.
