Used 1994 Honda Civic B16 Turbo for sale in Greensboro, NC

I am selling my 94 Honda Civic, in need of bigger car for my growing family. The car is a swapped B16 A3 mild built block and head was sent to a machine shop up north (KG motor sports). Block has been sleeved, has oil squirts to oil pistons. Block has been cut to fit 62/62 turbo. The head has been port polished, 5 angle valve job. I bought a JDM 5 speed transmission offline turned out the transmission had a small grind in 2nd & 3rd. Tried to get my money back and never could get back in touch with the seller. I built the car over the 2021 summer and I drove break in miles on it the motor is flawless. No rust, new wheel bearing s. Car was painted at a friend's house 1 year ago. Skunk2 struts, Skunk2 springs, Skunk2 camber kit. New OEM control arm on front left and right. It's on a base tune at 10 psi, safe. I drive the cargo work and home so miles will go up about 4,600 on motor. Only meet if you have cash in hand. I will drive you with half cash up front. NO TRADES! Serious people only, busy with full time job and full time dad. No I will not take less for any reason. One of these cars in this shape are very hard to find.
