Vehicle Description
Here is my 1994 Jag convertible for your consideration. This one has an in-line 6 cylinder engine with a 4 speed automatic transmission.
I have some other convertibles, (.addicted to same) and I just thought of putting this one up for sale for someone else to perhaps enjoy some of the remaining wonderful fall top down opportunities of these New England environs.
I purchased this car last March out of some long term storage in CT, planning to take it down to see some preseason baseball, after the long restrictions of covid. It had been in a garage for some time, so before this initial trip, I installed new wipers, synthetic oil and filter change, new plugs and got it inspected. I also had new drilled and slotted rotors, rebuilt calipers, hawk brake pads and 4 new Continental radials installed. Experience has taught me that tires and brakes are especially not to be ignored if you want to enjoy a car.
This is not a show car, so I am obviously not asking show car money. This is a lovely car, however, and goes down the road very nicely indeed, as one of these appreciating classic Jaguars should. It has a radio, 6 cd changer, spare and jack, 4 additional wheels, (two of which have snow tires) and a few additional spares. The AC has never worked under my watch and I have not investigated same.
So, there you have it. If you know these cars and are interested in taking a look at this one, please give me a call. I would love to show it to you. Also, lets' try not to waste each other's time in any event.
.Oh, one more thing. if you are another Jaguar person and have read down this far, and you do decide to make an appointment to come and see the subject car, when you get here, (and only if you actually come), I will also show you another classic Jaguar restoration project which is a very long story, but which I might consider selling as well.)
