Used 1996 EG2 Honda Del sol for sale in Cumming, GA

I have a Manual EG2 Honda Del sol. Not that EG1 None sense or "Si" no, the OG, the rare one, the dual overhead cam original B16 Engine beauty (With VTEC), only she needs a savior.
Before you cringe at the photos, let me tell you, looks are deceiving. You are seeing her without her hood/bumper, and covered in dirt so yea she looks rough. But she still runs great! Just needs that radiator to keep her cool.
But here's the jist.

She has over 250k miles on her, but not much of the engine is older than 20k, as Many, many parts have been replaced including, but not limited to:
Fuel Pump
Water Pump
Master Cylinder
Breaks
Both Cv Axles
Head Gasket
Clutch(with flywheel)
And More, I will include a envelope with records of years of inspections and repairs. (This car has been babied since day one, see photo of envelope)

No damage was done to the frame of the car. (However SHE IS DECLARED TO BE TOTALED, so you must apply for salvage title or use for parts)
Here are the damages that need to be repaired:
Front radiator clip (bout 200$ part plus radiator is around 100$)
Hood (100-200$)
Bumper( 80$)
1 Head light( 30-100$ )
Could use new exhaust pipe, but I still have the original one if you want it. (no connected currently)
Oh and that drivers side window/ door handle doesn't seem to want to work any more..

After Market Parts that come with!(already installed):
Coilovers ($1500)
Cam/Castor Adjustment rods. (I recommend leaving this, because this cars frame was designed for the SOHC, So when honda put the DOHC it sits heavier and will run you through tires soooo fast if you don't have these.
