Used 1997 BMW 328i 5 speed convertible for sale in Elkton, DE

Up for sale is a 1997 328i Convertible. I bought this car for the 5 speed swap for another project of mine. I am now trying to clear some cars out so I'm seeing if anyone is interested in the car before I have to part it out. I drove the car about 1/4 mile before what I believe the slave cylinder gave out (I think) It will go into gear but the peddle engages very low. The engine idles fine with no odd noises. The car has no cats, past owner claimed they were stolen so a straight pipe put in via past owner. The top has no tears but has a gap near the trunk so needs some type of adjustment but goes up and down with help. Interior is in fair/poor shape. Typical neglected convertible interior. The body its self is decent, I don't see any visual body rust, and the rust isn’t too bad underneath near jack points. Will need battery. It is a project car but seems to have good bones. $2500 or trades for other BMWs. Located in Elkton, MD
