This particular Z3 came with the more powerful 2.8L 6 cyl. engine.
The Z3 with optional 2.8L engine came with the wider body to accommodate larger tires and wheels
to handle the higher performance level. The wide body certainly gives the Z3 a bold and more aggressive look.

This particular Z3 was also upgraded with the larger BMW 18" Chrome Wheels ($2k option at the time)
Rear tires measure 255/35 ZR18 and the front measure 225/40 ZR18. Tread is deep on all 4 tires.

Just serviced. Synthetic Oil Change/Filter. Engine air Filter. Tune Up with new Bosch Spark Plugs, Fuel Filter. 02 Sensor.
The Valve Cover gasket and seals were replaced last year.
The car just passed the California Emissions test.
No oil leaks or smoke. Starts right up and drive anywhere. Very dependable.

Cosmetically the car is in great shape inside and out. The body is very straight.
The black finish still shines like new. There are no large scratches dimples or dings.

Some small imperfections such as stone chips and small scratches will be noticed upon close inspection.
The front lower air dam does have some stone pecks and small scratches down low.
There is approx. a 2" of loose stitching on a seam on the passenger seat.
But overall this car is in fantastic condition for this vintage Z3.

The black convertible top is original and in great shape.
The plastic rear window shows only minimal fading and is still very serviceable.
The fabric edge along the top edge of the rear window shows some fraying
and the previous owner put some clear glue along the edge.
There are no leaks or holes.
