Used 1997 Honda Civic EX 4 door for sale in Dubuque, IA

Project car. Roughly 150,000 mi. on the current engine, 247,000 mi. on the car overall. What's great about it: EX model with 1.6 VOHC engine that fires up just fine // EX model has sunroof, spoiler and higher quality interior materials // Newer battery // Alloy rims // Interior seats in decent condition // New paint job (after hail damage 5 years ago). // What needs TLC: Front passenger side axle broken. Why? age, and a sharp downhill to uphill corner in insanely cold tempertures // Front drivers side door handle works, but plastic needs replacing. Why? ice from insanely cold tempertures froze the door shut and a frustrated yank pulled way too hard. That was a very bad night // Front passenger side window stays in up/closed position. Why? the motor that raises and lowers the window needs fixing // Back door on drivers side only opens from the inside. Why? The lock mechanism needs fixing // Body panel over front tire on drivers side works fine, but it has some dents and divots. Why? parking on the street overnight during icy winters results in some unfortunate morning surprises.
