I bought this 1997 4x4 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0, with a 5 speed manual transmission with a clean title, no leaks and ZERO rust from a good friend of mine a few years back and swore I would never sell it, (until my Son decided to join the Airforce and I took over his 2015 Tacoma). Well I can't have them both so the Jeep needs to go.

The Jeep has 250,555 miles, the 4.0 inline 6 has plenty of power/ life. The Jeep has never over heated on me or my friend, it has a triple after market fan system and a shimmed hood for heat displacement. I've driven it to Arizona on hunting trips with no problems.

The Suspension is after market Rough Country (the rock crawling system, if your into that) to me this was a hunting rig. The jeep has welded sliders to the frame to protect the side panels. The roof rack is huge with a spare tire mount and a hi lift jack with plenty of room for more cargo or a beach chair to chill on top. The Jeep has four new BFG tires (I would buy a new spare tire).

Over all I have been extremely impressed with this Jeep especially on 4 low. The suspension system just crawls and is very comfortable. I would drive this Jeep to Florida tomorrow.
