Vehicle Description
I have a 1998 Ford Mustang V6 with the 3.8l engine that I am looking to sell. I've had this car for over 12 years and it has always been a really good and reliable car. The reason I'm selling is my kid is getting bigger and it is getting tough for me to get in the back all the time to strap her in. I've been doing it for 3 years and I decided to get a 4 door. As much as I'd like to keep it, I just dont have the space to store it. I'd rather have someone else enjoy it like I have.
Even though it is a sports car it is only a v6 so for insurance purposes it is pretty cheap to insure. Even for a v6 it is very peppy and fun to drive.
The reason that its priced maybe a little higher than what you would normally see something like this at is because it will come with another set of wheels (stock) which has a set of winter blistex on them. Both the winter set and the summer set of tires have many miles left on them since I dont drive very much. Having the winter wheels is perfect for getting around in the winter. I dont have to put sandbags in the trunk or any weight anymore. I've never gotten stuck with these.
The car has just over 130k miles. I bought the car in 2007 with 84k miles. It is a slap stick automatic which is pretty fun to drive.
Things I've done to the car-
Custom mach 1 gauges, mach 1 rims, sequential tail lights, very nice sound system, cold air intake, throttle body spacer, true dual exhaust, back windows tinted by TM's, and new headlight assemblies.
Just changed the oil. Always use royal purple full synthetic.
