Clean van, in better shape than you'd expect for a 20 year old vehicle. It was driven for about 50,000 miles by original owner in his 80s, before I purchased it.

I estimate the tires have about a year left on them, maybe more if you're a careful driver.

Has some cosmetic damage to the body--dents, scratches, and some chipped clear coat--as well as some body rust, but not too bad for a 20 year old vehicle.

Most of its life it was driven in North and South Dakota, so it hasn't been exposed to as much salt as a Minnesota vehicle.
