Vehicle Description
I built this a few years ago, but haven't used it at all in the last year. I did a full frame off rebuild on it, but It's sitting collecting dust. I just got a 4 door Rubicon that I'm doing a Hemi swap in and I'll keep that.
Engine and trany are out of a 2003 Durango RT. both have been gone through extensively. It runs great and lots of fun to drive. It is fuel injected, no check engine light. The light is still hooked up. It's run off a 1998 Ram 1500 computer. Everything works, including all dash lights and OBD.
Body has 190k miles, engine and trany have 110k. And have been gone through.
Has a Ford 8.8 in the rear with 31 splines, locker and disk brakes. Has a high pinion D-30 in the front. Both are completely rebuilt with 5.13 gears. Runs about 2500 RPM at 55 MPH. All new stainless steel brake lines. It's new throughout. Too much to list.
Looking for a quick sale. A TJ in this condition, unmodified is around 10k. A V8 swap will cost in the neighborhood of 20K. I'm looking for way less. $12,000. No less!
Clean title in my name.
