Vehicle Description
I am selling my 1999 Chevy Tracker, hopeful that a rock crawler enthusiast can make a project of her or part out:
- Approximately 235,000 miles
- 4 door, 5 passenger
- 4 wheel drive
- 5 speed manual transmission
- No bells and whistles: manual locks and windows
- CD deck with USB and Bluetooth
- True AT tires in good shape put on in April 2021 w/ matching spare (rare in this size)
- Newer radiator
- Brand new OEM front bumper
- Will need work including oil change, clutch, brakes, cv joints, engine misfire troubleshooting
Had a minor accident last winter that resulted in a slightly bent front hood (extent of which is visible in photo) and bent steering column, so the steering wheel now sits at 11 & 3. Takes some getting used to driving, but alignment was redone and I was assured it is safe to drive as is. It’s also something that can be fixed, but I was advised that it would only make sense to do so when doing something else like the clutch that would require clearing the engine bay.
Note: one photo shows roof rack, which is not included. Crossbeams for roof rack are included.
This was a great daily driver and adventure mobile for me for years, but I would not recommend it for daily driving now- it is a project or parts vehicle that needs work to get it back in reliable driving condition.
Offers considered.
