Used 1999 Honda Accord 5 Speed for sale in Gap, PA

1999 Honda Accord 5 speed manual 171,000 miles for sale. Asking $1500 OBO. Runs but needs work, needs inspected, and needs cleaned. I bought the car at the beginning of summer to have as a little project car but never got around to it and it has been sitting since. The seller that i bought the car from said it needed a wheel bearing. I assumed the front one and probably both but since i never got it into the garage i do not know for sure. From very little driving I did, i noticed it could definitely use a brake fluid change before road use. I had to move the car a few weeks ago and noticed the engine revs up and down repeatedly. I believe it might just need the MAS cleaned which I am willing to do. Asking around i heard it might be a Honda fuse but i haven't looked into that yet.

I have too many cars that need work and projects that need to be done so this car ultimately just gets pushed to the side. The car definitely has potential for a cheap commuter or project car
