Used 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale in Hartselle, AL

Up for sale is my 99 Jeep, price is Negotiable. I bought this Jeep not long ago planning on fixing it up and making it a daily driver, but I just don't have the time to work on it. I currently have two Grand Cherokees and I need to sell one to finish the other. The Jeep is very clean and drives down the road good. Would make a good daily driver or back-up car, just don't expect good gas mileage(V-8 4.7). I've averaged around 14 - 17 mpg. I've spent a good bit of money getting it road worthy but it could use a few more things in my opinion(It is 20 years old after all). It could use some valve cover gaskets, they leak a bit. The rear driver side window doesn't work (I suspect the motor is bad). Some of power seat functions don't work(The plastic gears strip). I does smoke a bit if it sits for a couple of days, but does fire right up (I suspect a fuel injector is leaking, comes with a set of fuel injectors and fuel filter). There's a clunk in the rear suspension when you hit a bump (Probably the upper control arm ball joint). There is a transmission leak where the Trans lines go into the Transmission cooler ( This was caused by myself when I changed out the radiator). I believe that's all the bad stuff and none of it prevents it from being driven regularly. I've replaced or had the following rebuilt:
The rear differential (all bearings, ring, pinion, carrier, and seals/fluids)
New radiator, fan clutch, electric fan, fan relay, and heater core.
Coolant flush, water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing, and hoses.
Spark plugs, Idle air control valve, throttle body gasket, throttle body cleaned.
New shocks, steering stabilizer and rear sway bar links.
New CV axles Driver and Passenger
Serpentine Belt, idler pulley.
New Battery.
New airbag clock spring.
Used ABS module
New tail light assemblies
New low beam headlight bulbs.
New A/C accumulator
The tires are in good shape(two are BF Goodrich and the others are Ironman brand)
