Vehicle Description
I'm selling my 1999 Saab 9-5 with only 112,745 miles. Its has a five-speed manual transmission, and mechanically is in great shape. The car comes with full service history. I also have logs for every single fuel-up in the last 3 years. I am a Saab enthusiast and the previous owner is enthusiast also, which means that the car has been meticulously maintained.
Passed Smog inspection on 9/27/2019
The car has a 2.3-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine producing 170hp - and it accelerates fast, especially in 2nd and 3rd gears.
Cosmetically, the car has some paint fading on the hood and first half of the roof (see pics for more detail). The only other issue is damaged leather on the front passenger seat.
The tires are in great shape (215/55ZR-16 Kumho Ecsta LX Platinum XL). They just crossed 10,000 miles mark. Kumho tire warranty is 6 Years or 50,000 Miles, so they have plenty of life left under warranty.
Saab 9-5 was designed to compete with BMW 5 Series, and Mercedes-Benz E-class, so the features are plentiful:
- Leather interior
- Automatic dual-zone climate control
- Cruise control
- Heated front and rear seats
- Sunroof
- Premium audio system with 9 speakers (factory original system with Pioneer head unit, Harman Kardon speakers and Harman Kardon 200-watt amplifier)
This car has been really taken care of and I would be surprised if you don't get another 100,000 miles out of it.
Thanks for reading!
