Used 2) 2009 honda civic si for sale in Corinth, MS

Thinking of selling my project, just seeing if there is any interest or not.
First car is the blue one really nice car runs and drives great, no rust, clean title, clean carfax, all original body parts and paint. New tires, new alternator, new belt tensioner.
Shifts good, doesn't pop out of gear, or grind going in and out of gears.
Car was well kept, only real issue is a little clear coat peeling, and has 187000 miles.
Asking $7000 for it.
Second car is the black one, wrecked on the bottom, no title just parts car.
Pretty nice car as well. 120000 original miles, about 70000 to 75000 miles on JDM 2.4 swap and si 6 speed lsd trans. Car also has a real nice set of lowering spring and shocks. Car runs, will drive but bottom catches, so not really drivable. Unless on level ground. Lots of good parts left on the car just messed up in the front passenger side corner and has no front bumper. Bought the car mainly for the engine and transmission that I plan on putting in the blue car if I don't sell them first. Asking 10,000 for both cars.
