I bought this Suburban just for using it for our family vacation. Before the trip I put in new fuel pumps . (This model has one small gas tank and one large gas tank.) I put in a new compressor for the air conditioner, new brakes, shocks, hub bearings, and a new instrument cluster. It got an oil change and new oil filter.

We drove from Albion, Michigan to Mt. Rushmore, to Yellowstone, to Bozeman, Montana and back without any motor problems. We did discover a few issues: When we tried to completely top off the gas tank, we discovered a slight leak. The ignition is sticky and the passenger side rear door does not remotely unlock.

The seats and carpet have normal wear and tear. The sun roof opens and closes as it should and does not leak. The tires are like new. They probably don’t have more than 10,000 miles on them. Radio works, CD player does not.

Vehicle can be seen on the corner of Eaton and Austin Streets in Albion.
