2000 F350 Lariat is 2 wheel drive
dually 7.3 powerstroke diesel. Has a hitch, 7 point and 4 point plug. The "Banks Stinger plus" kit, Trans. Commander, the turbo housing is stock but the turbine is set up for low end low rpm torque. It also has a secondary high micron oil filter, and the K/N rechargeable air filter. Also has the block warmer plug.
After market analog dash guages for; exhaust temp, turbo boost, trans fluid temp, and oil temp. Only the boost and exhaust are wired... The others are pre wired.... Just need the sensors.
*** This truck is priced to sell. It requires some repairs. It is a solid workhorse and heavy hauler.
*The truck is being sold as is.
The truck runs great but needs a few things:
•transmition is slipping (needs new hydraulic pump)
•glow plugs (not all just a few)
•an "O" ring at Turbo small oil leak at turbo.
• the AC needs a new evaporator.
•there is a check engine lite that would come on periodically so smoging may be an issue (the exhaust back pressure sensor faulty and causing check lite).
•the driver side fender has some damage from a tire blow out a few years back.
•the information display for mpg/compass is not working.
***The price reflects the flaws, and if everything was perfect I'd be asking upwards 11,500k.
The truck has 249k miles 70% freeway 30% city miles. These international motors are 500k mile motors. The steering is tight, front end redone.
Parts that have been updated:
•New Radiator 2018
•2 new Interstate batteries 2018
•water pump and all hoses @ 140k miles.
• torque converter @150k miles. •front end redone with new bearings, upper lower ball joints, pitman arm, idler arm, tie rod ends @ aprox. 230k miles.
•two newer tires in front from American tire with road hazard warranty (overall all tires have good rubber).
To Summarize:
•The Banks Stinger plus is smog legal (there's an executive order sticker w/ serial id) under the hood.
•smoging might be an issue (because of an intermittent check engine lite) "exhaust back pressure sensor".
• the tags are expired ....it's on non op.
• no insurance so you currently can not test drive it...(it isn't going on any public roads) without insurance and a temporary moving permit from DMV (plus the tranny is slipping) i don't advise driving her. I parked her the week it happened.
***I'm the second owner of this truck, I've had it since 2004. I'm only selling her because I recently had a back injury and no longer have a use for the dually. She is looking for a good home.
