I purchased this car from my mother in 2016, she purchased it from the original owner in 2004 and now it’s time for a different vehicle to share with my wife. I still get compliments on this car, not many wagons like this these days with all of the cross over SUVs.

I love this car, and check out how much Jeremy Clarkson loves it from an episode of top gear where he takes an e39 through some pretty rough roads.

Car is currently in my garage in San Francisco. It can be picked up and driven, taken by a hauler or I'll meet you at the SFO airport if you want to fly in and drive out.

Issues with the car:
-Code P1619 which indicates the temperature sensor needs replacement, this can be handled by a mechanic.
-I had a small fender bender last year, where the hood is bent in slightly in the front. I'm sure an autobody shop can work it out.
-The hydraulic struts that hold up the rear hatch have weakened.
