2001 BMW Z3 Roadster Convertible – Black on Black on Black on Black on Black!

This ultimate driving machine black beauty is barely starting to get broken in with 86K original miles which is unheard of for a 2001! I bought from a dealer in the Bay Area who said the prior owner was an older gent who would just drive this car on the weekends. I purchased the car in San Jose on 10/6/2016 with 58k miles; the last pic with the stock rims is the day I first purchased the car.

Since then I’ve added some killer rims and tires (1.5 years ago), a top line Sony marine stereo so that it’s lit when the convertible top is down on the sunniest of sunny days, a bazooka subwoofer and amp, black carbon fiber BMW emblems throughout the car, a silver arrow to make it look like a Z3 M, Momo shift knob, and have put approximately 27K miles which are seriously all highway. Car has never been driven hard or raced and has been babied in my garage since getting it. You WILL NOT find a better-looking or driving BMW Z3 in Northern California…hands down!

Mechanically this car is sound with a very strong engine and transmission. There is very little wrong with the car, all minor cosmetic stuff like a small rip on the passenger side seat which is covered for now and hardly noticeable. This is a must-see car; to drive it is the coolest thing ever with the 6 cylinder engine (stick shift) driving this small, compact, light body. The convertible works perfectly too!
