All new tires: February 2021
New front left brake line, caliper and brake pads: July 2020
All regular maintenance consistently kept up with since the owner before me bought the car.

The car has been well-taken care of as far as maintenance and repairs, but has seen plenty of use.
Front and driver side flank bears some body damage. Windshield has a fairly small crack.
Air conditioning does not work and heat is to be avoided due to minor damage to exhaust pipe. Aside from these inconveniences, I am aware of no further major mechanical issues.

It is not the prettiest, but it has a motor in good condition, new tires and recent maintenance.
