Used 2001 Chevy Suburban 1500 LT for sale in Ames, IA

Selling a 2001 Chevy Suburban 1500 LT in good condition for its age. Miles are mostly highway miles. Vehicle runs strong, 4WD works great, and has a full third-row seat with plenty of cargo room to spare. LT package includes dual power seats, leather heated seats, and On Star (don't subscribe so unknown if it works). Also has an after-market CD player with Bluetooth hands-free calling. Vehicle has 17" Chevy wheels with all-terrain tires with ~20,000 miles on them. Also has after-market extended towing mirrors and I have running boards to accompany the vehicle if interested.

The vehicle's check engine light is on. When taken to O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Ames for a scan, was told it is likely an O2 sensor and perhaps needs new spark plugs and wires. The vehicle runs strong despite this and I don't have time to do the work so haven't done it. The vehicle is also accumulating rust on the rocker panels (see pictures), which is common for these vehicles.
