Vehicle Description
2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser LT with manual 5 speed trans. Very clean car, runs, but needs work.
Moon roof, leather seats, power windows, heated mirrors.
Second owner, purchased in 2002. Garage kept over half of its life, currently has 135k miles. No major accidents, 1 very minor fender bender.
In spite of some problems, it's very clean, (see pics!), it still drives nicely and handles well.
List of known issues:
Car overheats, likely a head gasket problem.
Needs tires, exhaust, windshield, motor mount.
A few rust spots.
AC not cooling.
This Cruiser needs a little TLC to bring it back to its former glory, but it will make a great starter. Or someone could part it out, though we'd hate to see that. It's been a faithful old friend.
