Vehicle Description
*NEEDS A STARTER OR ALTERNATOR*
Before I garage this for the winter, I promised my wife I’d see if there’s any interest. I bought this back in May off an old couple for $1200, and have put over $2800 at the shop. The starter or alternator went a couple of weeks ago. The engine revs, but doesn’t fully turn over. When it drives, it’s QUICK, holds 330 gallons on a full tank, is a V6 engine, and the top goes up and down without issue. The car is a smooth drive. Cosmetically, I planned to pay $30 for seat covers, buy new fasteners for the rear bumper, and I have two rear brake lines that I planned to install before the starter or alternator went.
Here’s the work done since May:
Front driver cv axle (May 19 2022)
4 complete struts (July 13 2022)
4 rotors (July 19 2022)
2 rear calipers (July 19 2022)
2 front upper control arms (August 11 2022)
2 front lower control arms (August 11 2022)
2 front end sway bar links (August 11 2022)
Battery (October 4 2022)
Spark Plugs (October 4 2022)
Air filter (October 4 2022)
I purchased this from a dealer, and at the time he showed me a receipt that he had the engine replaced a couple of years ago, and the mileage is actually 86,633, not what the odometer currently reads. I believe I can provide his information if you’d like confirmation.
Wife says price is negotiable. Haha
