Parts that have been replaced:
Transmission, Clutch, Rear main seal - 197,710 miles
Catalytic converter replaced - 200,411 miles
Front Control arms & stabilizer links - 205,xxx miles
CV axles & tie rod ends - 205,xxx miles
Power steering pump - 209,117 miles
Starter - 210,xxx miles
Alternator and battery - 212,xxx miles
I also replaced the dashboard and some random little interior pieces from a parts car as the interior was absolutely trashed when I got it

Aftermarket parts, a lot was done already when I got the car so I don't know specifics:
AEM cold air intake with a K&N cone air filter
High flow headers and down pipe with cat welded in
Cat-back aftermarket exhaust
Lowering springs
33% Tint
Angel eye headlights
Smoked taillights
Pioneer AVH-600ex touchscreen head unit and aftermarket speakers
Unpainted front bumper because it scrapes on everything

Issues:
The engine light is on because the rear o2 sensor needs to be replaced
Heater core needs to be replaced but does come with the replacement part
Valve covers leak a little oil
Front seats have tears
Dash has a few cracks
The muffler had an exhaust hanger get pushed through and you can hear a piece of metal stuck in the glass pack in the muffler
The soft top rear window is cracked and leaks, weather stripping also leaks where the windows meet at the top
A lot of clear coat damage that it had when I got it, I've kept it waxed or ceramic coated since I got it to minimize further damage
