with known good camshaft sensor's , this leaves the problem in one of two areas. either timing chain has stretch, or chain guess have broken causing timing to ,g off, or variable timing solenoids have failed and vehicle is not adjusting the timing as desired.

i would advise starting by9 checking vehicle timing, in order to do so valve cover must be removed. once valve cover is removed we can try to lock the camshafts to see if they are in time or not. if they are in time, we need to go afte the solenoids. valve cover has to be removed to get to solenoid , and we would need to remove upper timing cover as well.

Camshaft solenoids have been replaced - they were stuck and not moving. There is no signa from the ECU at the camshaft solenoids and no values are showing on the scope when driving.
