Used 2001 Volkswagen Passat GLX 4Motion Wagon 4D for sale in Acton, MA

I bought this car in Denver in July for a road trip (putting around $2700 into it) and was very impressed with its performance and overall condition.

There is some maintenance that should be completed at some point this year, so I’ve listed it below the KBB value, but overall it is in great shape.

The good:
Colorado car = no rust damage
4WD works very well in snow
Timing belt replaced recently (at 114,381 miles)
Well maintained over the years, no history of accidents/bodywork
Brand new tie rods and lower control arms
Great 4 wheel drive
Reliable- it has never stalled or not started on me or the previous owner
Took me 4800 miles this summer without any issues, aside from a faulty blinker switch
Good gas mileage for its age. I averaged between 21 and 23 mpg over the course of my trip (~70% highway miles)

The bad:
Blinker switch needs to be replaced
Front struts should probably be replaced sometime in the next year
Tires are balding
Slow to start in the cold- likely a fuel system issue
Small crack in the windshield
