Vehicle Description
I have for sale my 2002 Audi Allroad 6 spd. It is a 2.7 liter V6 twin turbo. She is in pretty good shape and has been a great year round vehicle, especially in the snow. I have recently moved out of the area and have no more use for the awd, so it’s up for sale. It does need a little tlc, but overall has been solid. I have done most of the maintenance and general work on it. I’ll try and list things I’ve done, and things that are still issues.
-new drilled/slotted rotors and brake pads (ecs tuning)
-replaced throttle body boot with ecs tuning unit
-replaced intake boot with ecs tuning unit
-have replaced both front air shocks over the years. Leaks happen, they aren’t too hard to replace and aren’t too expensive.
-tint on rear windows, one window tint needs to be replaced.
-after market headlights (work much better than stock imo), will include stock headlights if needed.
-wheels are from a 2013 Audi Q3. 18 inch and powder coated black, in great shape. Come with mostly new Hankook Ventus S1 Noble tires. Also comes with ecs tuning wheel spacers to fill out wheel wells. Will include original stock 16 inch rims for snow tires. Also, a deal without the black rims is possible for a lower price, but stock rims will need tires.
-moonroof works
-will come with ecs tuning OBDII to usb diagnostic/tuning cable
-has aftermarket audio hookups for iPhone, etc
-comes with hardback Bentley service manual
-i know i am forgetting some things, but will update as needed.
-new battery
-just replaced both front axels/cv joints and boots. The CV boots were torn on the old ones and it was easier to just replace the whole unit.
-registration was just paid and is current
-will have it smogged before sale
Things that still need attention:
- A/C isn’t blowing cold. It is either that the system needs a recharge, or that the a/c pressure safety switch needs to be replaced. I have a new switch but haven’t been able to work on it to replace.
-Paint isn’t perfect. As you can see from the pictures, there are some medium sized paint chips/peels on the drivers side.
-leaks a small amount of coolant. Pretty sure it is the water pump housing gasket. It is common for these to wear over time.
-the oil temp sensor does not work anymore. Doesn’t seem hard to replace, on the bottom of the oil pan on the outside. I think they are like $100-150 online.
- there are 2 small chips in the windshield, neither are in line of sight.
-interior is a bit dirty, I will clean it more before sale. There are some minor tears in the leather on front seats.
-she is a 2002, as I stated earlier, is fine as is, but could use some tlc.
4500 w/ black rims obo
Feel free to contact me with questions regarding the vehicle.
Thank you and have a nice day.
