Used 2002 Diesel Freightliner Sprinter Cargo Van (High Roof) for sale in Raleigh, NC

I bought this van with the intention of converting it into a camper, but I have now applied to go back to school and need to sell it. I have put $5000 of repairs into it in the last few months thinking I was going to be driving it cross country, so it is ready to go.

Pros:
Diesel van
Brand new transmission rebuild (less than 100 miles on the new transmission)
Brand new windshield and windshield wipers
Runs well
High roof
Backup camera (which I bought as an add on)
Motorcycle tow rig (left in cargo by previous owner)
Power windows/steering
A/C and heat work great

Cons:
High miles (but brand new transmission rebuild)
Signs of rust, but nothing that seems major

Asking $8,000 (which is a good deal considering I bought the van for $5,000 and put $5,000 extra into it).
Perfect work van, future camper van, motorcycle towing vehicle (which is what it was previously used for), etc.
