Vehicle Description
I've had this vehicle for about 4 years now, I purchased it from the original owner. It currently has about 124K miles which is rather low for being the age it is. I simply don't use it much anymore but it was a great get around truck when I needed one in a pinch and it has great storage! Great commuter, toy or camping/hunting ride.
-5 speed manual transmission and 4X4.
-manual door locks
-stock stereo
-tinted windows, ceramic
-comes with a roof rack/basket perfect for extra cargo
Repairs: I have personally installed a new water pump and new fuel pump all within the last couple of years. It received a new clutch about a year ago from reputable Chrysler mechanic. I nave always kept up on oil changes and brakes but it may need new pads before long. Tires are in good condition, they are a size or two larger than the stock tires. All windows are tinted but not too dark, just enough to cut the edge off the heat. Brand new battery.
What's good: A/C works strong although you have to put it on full blast to feel the best effect. The clutch is still really good. All lights, signals and the radio work, although it is the original head unit, you may easily swap out for a newer stereo. No issues with doors, locks or wipers. Engine runs really strong and starts on a dime.
Needs: the suspension is probably ready for a once over but the handling is currently fine. Check engine light comes on periodically but it's one of those nagging sensor type issues and doesn't effect the performance of the truck whatsoever. The fuel filler neck has some cosmetic damage so it feels a little loose but otherwise operates fine. There is some minor cosmetic issues and the paint job is starting to show it's age, however the body is sound and free from major dents or dings. *I have taken the time to photograph the major scuffs so feel free to inquire about anything you see.
