Used 2002 Nissan Pathfinder-$400 OBO for sale in Boone, NC

Forest green Nissan Pathfinder with tan interior. It's in rough shape, but it can definitely serve as a good winter beater, especially for someone who lives across the TN line (no pesky inspections). I drove it for a year, mostly in winter. It's a tank in the snow. Here's a list of problems: check engine lights for EVAP system leak and a faulty O2 sensor, obvious leak (crack) in the exhaust piping, either a lifter or timing chain tensioner creates a constant engine tick, stereo is broken (but speakers themselves are fine), carpet torn out due to mold, sunroof leaks, brake master cylinder needs to be replaced, rear shocks are rusted out, and it's pretty rusty. However, it fired up and performed fine every time for the 6,000 miles I drove it. The tires on it are about half way through their life.
Fix the brakes and it's a great snow day truck or farm beater. Or strip it for parts...
