Used 2003 BMW 525i e39 - Mechanics Special for sale in Newport News, VA

I am selling a 2003 BMW 525i. E39 body. Its an automatic with 149,310 on the engine. I've had this for a while thinking I would fix it, but with a newborn baby I just realized that this needs to go. The car has leather seats, a 5 disc changer, halogen lights, alloy wheels, sunroof, steering wheel cover and many other luxury features. So here is a breakdown of whats wrong:
1. Brakes need work, its hard to brake.
2. The car starts for a while, but it runs rough. Sometimes, the car just turns off I read the code for the car it says it needs a new inlet camshaft sensor.
3. Needs an inspection

What I have replaced since i've had it:
1. Replaced the CCV, DISA Valve, Air Filter, Fuel Filter, Rebuilt the ABS Module, new valve cover gasket, new air intake boot, new h1 lights, new blower motor resistor, and etc.

I have also included the following: new rear rotors and brakes, water pump, cv boot, outer tie rod, starter, a lot of gaskets,. and a lot more of parts. I open to any reasonable offers. Would make a great starter car for a kid to fix. This car will need to be towed. $900 OBO. I will take this ad down once the car is sold so dont email asking if still available
