Used 2003 Chevy Suburban LT for sale in Rome, NY

This low mileage Chevy Suburban LT2 2WD has spent its entire life in Texas and has always been garaged. My late father-in-law was the original owner and I have both keys, manuals, and original window sticker. Exterior and interior are in excellent condition. In addition to PW/PL, it has:

-Dual power seats with power lumbar adjustment;
-Full leather interior with 7-passenger seating (captains chairs in the center row, removable bench in back);
-Heated memory seats and power pedal adjustment;
-Cargo shade;
-Heated power folding mirrors;
-Front/Rear climate control; and
-Bose stereo with Sirius/XM (requires subscription) and 6-disc CD changer.

Recent maintenance or repairs include:
-New shocks and Yokohama tires @~75,000;
-Driveline U-joints and seals @~86,000;
-Wiper washer pump @~86,000; and
-Transmission serviced @~82,000.

The only known issues are:
-Headliner material is beginning to delaminate from the substrate near the driver's window; and
-The windshield washer has a leak. I recently replaced the wiper washer motor and may have installed the grommet incorrectly or missed a leak in the reservoir or fluid line.
