Vehicle Description
I have a black 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT.
I am selling it because I purchased a new truck and this is taking up space in my driveway.
The reason for my purchase was that I missed having a manual transmission, and sadly this does not have one.
It was my daily driver, primarily used to go to and from work, pick kids up from school, groceries, etc.
I did occasionally pull a small Chilton trailer to move things that didn't fit in the bed.
Anyway, the meat and potatoes of this truck.
V6 4.0 liter with a 5-speed automatic transmission. 169,551 miles as of this posting. Not expected to increase beyond test drives.
4-wheel drive with working 4 low. Tested it to make sure before posting, I never had the need to actually use it, though.
4-door, full back seat, seats 5.
A/C blows cold. Heat blows hot. Cruise control works.
Power windows, door locks, and Power sliding rear window. Ford's keyless entry so you can't lock yourself out.
I also have the window wind deflectors on all 4 doors and the wind deflector on the hood.
It has a plastic bed liner and a fiberglass tonneau cover and a 12-volt power outlet in bed.
Running boards are attached.
2-inch factory towing receiver.
Aftermarket Sony radio goes with the truck. AM/FM, CD, Aux, USB. No Bluetooth.
I also have the owner's manual with the factory code for the keyless entry so you can set your own code.
Comes with two keys and 1 keyfob.
It is Wisconsin so there are some minor rust spots, and the exhaust is a little louder than it had been when I bought it.
KBB valued at $4,277. I figured that would be a good place to start.
I am available after 4 on weekdays and almost all of Saturdays if someone is interested in seeing and buying it.
