Vehicle Description
Sahara model with 4.0L 6CYL that runs great, automatic transmission professionally rebuilt last year, shifts very smoothly with fully operational lock-up torque converter. All gauges and instruments work, no check engine warnings, has a sound bar and the exhaust system is all there and intact. 4WD works as it should in all ranges. No significant dings or dents and excellent paint for its age. No “significant” frame or body rot anywhere but there are two portions on the frame rail that should be addressed soon. Interior is in very good condition, no rips or tears on the seats and not even worn out. Also ice cold AC, new Soft Top and front track bar. Burgundy paint.
Negatives:
Has one new tire but the others are near the end of life and questionable if they would pass an inspection. The body is solid, however, there is some bubbling paint and minor rust on the passenger front fender (see pics) but nowhere else on the body including the floor boards. The frame does have some rust spots on the bottom side of the long run by the skid plate on the driver’s and passenger side (more significant on passenger side). Rest of frame is in good order especially where the arches are for front and rear suspension control arm connection points. Easily cleaned up and doubled up with welded plate in bottom support. I have posted pictures of those areas.
ALL of THIS in a GREAT JEEP with no known mechanical issues that I am aware of. Let me know if you have any questions
If it's still posted it's "Still Available".
