Used 2003 Mazda Protege for sale in Masonville, CO

Selling my 2003 manual Mazda Protege, clean title no accidents, second owner. Engine does need to be either replaced, runs poorly for short durations due to the wonderful amount of silver shavings found in the oil. The car does start up with a jumper battery (has been sitting for about 3 months) I can not guarantee the next time it starts that it won't damage it. I was contemplating whether I was going to be replacing the motor or if I was just going to sell it as is and get a four wheel drive for the winter. Does have minor dents and scratches from the weather and parking lot door dings. Overall a great car, got me through multiple winters driving from Loveland to Fort Collins for work on I-25, it does have a set of winter tires on it right now and 3 spare all season tires mounted. I would love to keep it and fix it but this a good opportunity to get a new car and build up credit. I feel $800 is reasonable for the condition of the car and the fact that it will need a new motor so I would prefer no lowballs please. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.
